How time flies! We started business from the spring of 1988 with great hope. For the past twenty years, we have experienced the vision of hope, fulfillment of hard work, the joy of harvest and accumulation of strength. SINCERE always keep pace with times and march forward with youth heart. Finally we created a beautiful myth by establishment of SINCERE Cosmetics at the bank of picturesque Qiantang River.
Rooted on the market economy, recent twenty years has witnessed the rapid development of SINCERE Cosmetics which is aiming to provide high-end cosmetics to all walks of life by establishment of advanced management system and application of high-technology.

SINCERE believes in product innovation, service innovation and management innovation, persist in the principle of ‘win profit for client, create chance for staff, service determines the future and make contribution to society’, insist on philosophy of ‘Honesty, Win-Win, Efficiency and Innovation’ and strengthens competitiveness through brand image establishment, quality assurance, continuous improvement to ensure the satisfaction of the customers.

Jack Chen（Guoxiang Chen）, graduated from Zhejiang University and obtained the degree of Executive Master of Business Administration, is chairman and general manager of Hangzhou Sincere  Cosmetics Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Union Cosmetic Material Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Vegecare Cosmetics Marketing Co., Ltd.
Hangzhou Union Cosmetic Material Co., Ltd was founded in 1996, specializing in all kinds of make-up appliances, packaging materials and disposable beauty supplies. Smooth capital operation and steady growth of business has made Union the blue chip company. Then Hangzhou Sincere Cosmetics Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003, incorporating the business scope of Union, aim to become the top-notch OEM/ODM private enterprise. Vegecare Cosmetics was founded in 2007 and committed to the expansion of new distribution channels of E- business, television shopping and cosmetics in chain drugstore.
